Seaport 16 Trade Center is a 797-acre master-planned business park 25 minutes west of the Port of Savannah’s Garden City Terminal. Located in business-friendly Bryan County, Seaport 16 offers quick access to Interstate 16, the Jimmy Deloach Parkway, and a high quality labor pool supported by Fort Stewart, the largest U.S. Army installation east of the Mississippi River. At full build-out, Seaport 16 is expected to total 7,100,000 square feet of Class A logistics space.
