Ryan Purvis
Chief Executive Officer
Ryan Purvis leads the DABC with a strong background in engineering and project management. A professional engineer and resident of Bryan County, Ryan brings valuable experience from his previous roles, including Vice President positions in engineering and construction firms. He holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ryan and his wife, Christy, have two children, Owen and Esther.
Zachary Dykes
Project Manager
Joining the DABC in January 2023, Zachary graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. He plays a crucial role in managing projects that drive economic growth in the county.
Myra Sims
Operations Manager
With nearly 30 years of diverse experience, Myra has been with the DABC since June 2020. Her background includes roles as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Paralegal for both international corporations and non-profit organizations. Myra holds a Paralegal degree from Central Texas College and actively participates in community leadership, serving as the President of her Homeowners Association in Richmond Hill.
